CPR and AED (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation) Level 3: 1-day course

A cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere. If there is someone there who is able to assist, then that person’s chance of survival increases. CPR is a first aid procedure using chest compressions and rescue breaths to help get the heart pumping again and provide oxygen.

This course will give you the confidence and the skills to act quickly and effectively, as well as teach you how to use a defibrillator. Each learner will receive a training book to supplement the course, as well as refreshments and a light lunch.
